About Our Company

Caring about your cleaning needs

We are the commercial cleaning and janitorial provider of choice in the North Okanagan! Tarr & Sons offers superior quality service by following the most up to date and elite service standard available in the building services industry.

Our Story

It all started with my dad

Tarr's know that strength of character, honesty and loyalty are the foundation of family, community service and work ethic. Tarr & Sons Building Maintenance is the product of those attributes.

As a successful family business for nearly half a decade in the North Okanagan valley; we bring extensive knowledge, expertise and professionalism to your commercial cleaning requirements.

My father established a reputation as being the “go to guy” when the community needed the “job to be done right the first time”. He passed down his tenacity, work ethic and dedication to serving his family, community and clients.

We learned new technologies together and even invented a few of our own that are now recognized and used industry wide! “Dad” always told our potential clients that we were not the cheapest, but we certainly were the best!

Some say “you get what you pay for” but I would like you to know that we always strive to give you “more than you pay for”. Some offer “value added service” as a sales pitch while we truly bring professionalism by doing our best every hour we work for you!

Our family attributes are strength of character, honesty and loyalty. That’s our story and we are sticking with it!
